A Camino sign on a lightly travelled part of the French via Podiensis at Bessuejouls near Conques.  This little sign (not to mention the beautiful little Romanesque chapel hidden in the church's tower)  captures the sense of pilgrimage in a way that the large snazzy EU funded signs and Camino sculptures in Spain and some parts of France manage to miss entirely.
